Your GPU servers stay in Canada
Here is what we guarantee, and what we do not, about where your data is and how it is protected.
Servers hosted in Canada
The GPU servers you deploy, and their disks, are located in a data centre in Canada (region "canada-montreal" of the console and the API). It is the only region offered: a server cannot be deployed outside Canada.
Data under Canadian jurisdiction
The data stored on your servers physically stays in Canada and is subject to the applicable Canadian and Quebec laws. Your account information (identity, billing, e-mails) may be processed by some of our subcontractors outside Quebec, including in the United States, as explained in our privacy policy.
Law 25 and personal information
We apply Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25): a person in charge of the protection of personal information is designated, a privacy impact assessment precedes any disclosure outside Quebec, and you can exercise your rights of access and rectification.
Billing in Canadian dollars
Every price is shown and billed in Canadian dollars (CAD), with GST and QST, HST or PST depending on the province of your billing address.
