Referral program terms
Version of 2026-10-14
These terms supplement the GPUcloud Terms of Use for an optional program: referral.
1. Availability
Referral program: not currently offered.
GPUcloud may change or end this program at any time. A credit already granted stays granted. The amounts on this page are those in force when you read it.
2. Referral program
Each customer can get a personal referral link from their console. You share this link yourself, with people you know who agree to receive it. GPUcloud never writes to your contacts and never asks for their details. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws (CASL) when you share your link.
A person is your referee if they create their GPUcloud account with your link within 30 days of clicking it. Once your referee has paid at least $500.00 of usage (amount before taxes, not counting offered credits such as a referral credit), you each receive $10.00 of credit, once per referee. The credit is granted 30 days after the threshold is reached, if the paid usage was not refunded or cancelled in the meantime. A prepaid order counts for the part of its period already elapsed.
A referrer receives at most 20 rewards per calendar month. Beyond that, the next rewards are granted in the following months.
In your console, the Referral page shows for each referee a masked e-mail address, their sign-up date and the state of the reward. No other information about your referee is disclosed to you.
3. Exclusions and abuse prevention
No reward is granted when the referee is the referrer themselves, when both accounts use the same mailbox (aliases included) or the same payment card, or when the referee uses a disposable e-mail address.
An account can be referred only once, when it is created. GPUcloud may refuse or cancel a reward obtained by fraud, by a closed or suspended account, or in breach of these terms.
4. Nature of offered credits
Offered credits can only be used for GPUcloud services. They have no cash value, are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable, and are lost when the account is closed.
5. Referral cookie
When you open a referral link, the site stores the gpc_ref cookie in your browser. It only holds the referral code, is not readable by scripts and expires after 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the function you asked for, namely recognizing you as a referee if you create an account, and is only read when your account is created. It is never used for advertising or tracking. You can erase it at any time with the site data in your browser.
