Do you guarantee uptime?
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, without guarantee of continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. The availability of a GPU model is not guaranteed and may vary.
How does billing work?
Hourly servers are paid from your prepaid credits, for every hour started, with no commitment; a hibernated server only costs $0.02 to $0.19 per hour (about $14.60 to $138.70 per month), and a deleted one costs nothing. Monthly or annual servers are paid in advance for their period. Prices are in Canadian dollars and taxes (GST, QST or HST) are added according to your billing address.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
The size of an existing server cannot be changed. Deploy a new server of the size you want, move your data, then delete the old one: an hourly server is no longer billed once it is deleted.
What support is included?
Technical support is provided through tickets in the console and by e-mail at [email protected].
What is your cancellation policy?
You can delete a server at any time. An hourly server stops being billed once it is deleted. The paid period of a monthly or annual server is not refunded if you delete it before its end, unless the law provides otherwise.
