Reserved H100 contract
On-demand H100 is often sold out. With a reserved contract, the capacity is dedicated to you for the whole duration. We put it in service within 7 business days, otherwise you are refunded in full.
How it works
- 1.Choose the machine (1, 2, 4 or 8 H100 PCIe GPUs, or the H100 NVLink × 8 machine) and the duration: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- 2.You pay the first month today, by card or from your credit balance, and you accept the commitment for the whole duration.
- 3.We put your capacity in service within 7 business days (weekends do not count). If we cannot, the amount paid is refunded in full, automatically, and you get an e-mail.
- 4.The duration starts on the day of the delivery, not on the day you sign. The following months are charged at the start of each month of service. The server of the contract is not billed by the hour.

FAQ
When does the contract start?
On the day your capacity is put in service, not on the day you sign. You receive an e-mail with your server.
What if the capacity is not delivered in time?
If it is not in service within 7 business days of your payment, we refund the amount paid in full, automatically.
How are the following months paid?
At the start of each month of service, from your credit balance when it is enough, otherwise from your saved card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the capacity is put in service: a paid contract is then refunded in full. Once in service, the commitment runs for the chosen duration.
