The models sold online are: RTX A6000, L40, A100 PCIe, RTX PRO 6000, H100 PCIe, A100 NVLink, H100 NVLink and H100 SXM. On request: H200 SXM, B200 and B300. Each server has 1 to 8 GPUs depending on the model. ### How much does a GPU server cost per hour? From CA$0.67 per hour (RTX A6000, 1 GPU), in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. The price of every size is shown on the model page and on the pricing page. ### How does billing work? Hourly servers are paid from your prepaid credit balance, with no commitment. A monthly or annual server is paid in advance for its period, and the period paid is not refunded if you delete the server before its end, unless the law provides otherwise. A server’s hourly rate is set at its creation. ### Is a hibernated server billed? A hibernated server releases its GPU but keeps its main disk: it then costs $0.02 per hour (about $14.60 per month), whatever the machine. Delete it to stop paying entirely. ### Do prices include taxes? No. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes extra. GST and QST, HST or PST are calculated from the province of your billing address and shown on your receipts and invoices. ### What is a Spot server? A Spot server is billed by the hour only and may be interrupted without notice. It suits jobs that can resume after an interruption. From CA$0.54 per hour (RTX A6000, 1 GPU). ### Where are the servers hosted? In a data centre in Canada, region "canada-montreal" of the console and the API. It is the only region offered: a server cannot be deployed outside Canada. ### How do I deploy a server? From the web console, through the REST API with an API key, or by an AI agent through our MCP server. Provisioning is automatic and access is over SSH with your key. ### Are ready-to-use applications available? Yes. One-click templates deliver the server with the application already installed: JupyterLab with PyTorch (CUDA), Ollama and Open WebUI, OpenAI compatible vLLM server, ComfyUI and PyTorch environment (CUDA). ### Can an AI agent use GPU Cloud? Yes. The MCP server (https://gpucloud.ca/api/mcp) works with an MCP key created by the account owner in the console, with its own permissions and spending caps. Any action that spends money is two-step: a quote gives the price, and the confirmation happens only after the user approves. ## Data sovereignty Here is what we guarantee, and what we do not, about where your data is and how it is protected. ### Servers hosted in Canada The GPU servers you deploy, and their disks, are located in a data centre in Canada (region "canada-montreal" of the console and the API). A REST API key (prefix gpu_) is refused with HTTP 403. - Payment refused (not enough credit, no usable card, a spending cap reached): a tool error (HTTP 200, isError true) whose structuredContent.error has httpStatus 402 and accountAction (code PAYMENT_REQUIRED; BUDGET_CAP_REACHED for a cap). Neither a card on file nor the automatic reload is required to launch when the credits pay the first hour. accountAction.action.url is the direct top-up link, also written in the message text; top up there, then run the same call again. ### MCP balance and hibernation - Account block: Every tool result made with a key, success or error, carries structuredContent.account: balanceCad, autoReloadEnabled and, for the server of the call, hibernationThresholdCad; hibernatedServers (with deleteAt) and resumedServers when there are some. The JSON text repeats it. Calls without a key never get it. - Refusal for money: A refusal for money is a tool error (HTTP 200, isError true) whose structuredContent.error has httpStatus 402 and accountAction (code PAYMENT_REQUIRED, or BUDGET_CAP_REACHED for a cap) with balanceCad, the hibernation threshold of the server concerned and the direct top-up link accountAction.action.url, also written in the message. - Hibernation threshold: Each hourly server has a hibernation threshold, the larger of 3 CAD and 2 hours of its rate. When the balance reaches it, the automatic reload is tried first (within its monthly cap), then the server follows the action chosen for it (onFundsExhausted): HIBERNATE (default) hibernates it, kept 12 hours at most with an hourly hibernation fee, then deleted (notices 6 hours and 1 hour before), and it restarts automatically as soon as the balance is above its threshold (resumedServers); DELETE deletes it at once, no hibernation fee, data lost. Machines that cannot be hibernated (spot) are always DELETE. About 2 hours of balance before a threshold, the next result carries a THRESHOLD_SOON notice. A server the user hibernates (gpucloud_hibernate_server) is kept 72 hours at most, then deleted with its data and its machine goes back to other customers; restoring it before then cancels the deletion. CUSTOMER_HIBERNATION notices (deleteAt, stage HIBERNATED, WARN_24H or WARN_1H, amountCad when the balance is too low to restart) come at the hibernation, 24 hours and 1 hour before. When the balance also reaches the threshold of that server, the shorter of the two rules applies. - Launch without automatic reload: Neither a card on file nor the automatic reload is required to launch an hourly server: the only requirement is paying the first hour (credits, or the card on file for the missing credits). gpucloud_quote_server and gpucloud_create_server accept onFundsExhausted (HIBERNATE or DELETE) and answer it with hibernationThresholdCad; when the automatic reload is off they also answer autoReloadWarning (code AUTO_RELOAD_OFF, a message to show the user, and the console link to turn the reload on, never a payment link). gpucloud_set_server_threshold_action changes the action of an existing server. - Automatic reload monthly cap: The automatic reload has a monthly cap chosen by the user (monthlyCapCad, 200 CAD by default for a new configuration, null = no cap, calendar month in Montreal time), read and set with gpucloud_get_auto_reload / gpucloud_set_auto_reload. Once reached, no automatic reload until next month; the user is told once (e-mail and an AUTO_RELOAD_CAP_REACHED notice) and the servers follow their action at the threshold. It never limits a manual payment. - Spending caps: The spending caps of an MCP key are always respected: nothing is charged or reloaded beyond them; a refusal gives the cap and what is left of it. ### GPU reservations (automatic launch when back in stock) - A machine out of stock can be reserved with gpucloud_reserve_server (a credit card on file is required, with explicit consent: true and a maximum hourly price; the automatic reload is not required, the answer carries autoReloadWarning when it is off, and onFundsExhausted chooses the action at the threshold of the launched server): GPU Cloud launches it automatically as soon as it is back, first come first served per machine, charges the card on file only the amount missing (first hour plus the hibernation threshold), and tells the user by e-mail and in the next tool result. Without a card on file: httpStatus 402 PAYMENT_REQUIRED with the card link. - Tools: gpucloud_reserve_server, gpucloud_list_reservations, gpucloud_cancel_reservation. REST: POST /api/reservations, GET /api/reservations, DELETE /api/reservations/{reservationId}. ### Reserved H100 contracts - Capacity dedicated for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (1, 2, 4 or 8 H100 PCIe GPUs, or H100 NVLink x 8), priced at the hourly catalog price x 730 hours per month; the first month is paid at signature, the service starts at the delivery (within 7 business days, otherwise a full refund). Signed by the user in the console: https://gpucloud.ca/en/gpu/h100/contrat - Tool (read only): gpucloud_list_contracts. REST: GET /api/contracts, GET /api/contracts/quote. ## API REST API base: https://gpucloud.ca/api OpenAPI spec: https://gpucloud.ca/api/v1/openapi.json Developer documentation: https://gpucloud.ca/en/developers ### Public endpoints (no auth) - GET /api/v1/availability: Public GPU availability - GET /api/v1/catalog: Public GPU price catalog ### Endpoints (Bearer API key required) - GET /api/v1/gpu: List GPU Plans - GET /api/servers: List Servers - POST /api/servers: Create Server - GET /api/servers/{id}: Get Server - DELETE /api/servers/{id}: Delete Server - POST /api/servers/{id}/actions: Server Action - PUT /api/servers/{id}/threshold-action: Set the action at the threshold - GET /api/servers/{id}/metrics: Server Metrics - GET /api/servers/{id}/firewall: List Firewall Rules - POST /api/servers/{id}/firewall: Add Firewall Rule - DELETE /api/servers/{id}/firewall: Delete Firewall Rule - GET /api/settings/ssh-keys: List SSH Keys - POST /api/settings/ssh-keys: Add SSH Key - DELETE /api/settings/ssh-keys: Delete SSH Key - GET /api/v1/api-keys: List API Keys - GET /api/servers/{id}/backups: List backups - POST /api/servers/{id}/backups: Back up now - PUT /api/servers/{id}/backups: Backup option - DELETE /api/servers/{id}/backups/{backupId}: Delete a backup - GET /api/servers/{id}/backups/{backupId}/restore: Restore price - POST /api/servers/{id}/backups/{backupId}/restore: Restore to a new server - GET /api/reservations: List Reservations - POST /api/reservations: Reserve a GPU - DELETE /api/reservations/{reservationId}: Cancel a Reservation - POST /api/reservations/{reservationId}/renew: Renew a Reservation ## Contact - Website: https://gpucloud.ca - E-mail: info@gpucloud.ca - Address: 360 Rue Saint-Jacques, Suite G101, Montréal, QC H2Y 1P5, Canada
